REWARD LADDER PROGRAM TERMS (Rules)

Participation in the Program constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Program Terms and the Sponsor’s Terms of Service.
Overview
The Reward Ladder is designed to reward Members for recruiting new Members (people who are not already Members) to sign up and try the SuperPoints Network sites (each a “Site” or the “Sites” or the “Services”).
Reward Ladder is a promotion where you can earn a Prize (in the form of SuperPoints or "SP") when you climb the Reward Ladder by completing or achieving a pre-defined number of actions or requirements ("Actions"). These Actions are represented as "Rungs" on a virtual ladder, which can be found by signing into your SuperPoints account and accessing the Reward Ladder Home Page at http://rewardladder.superpoints.com. When you achieve enough Rungs to climb to the top of the final Ladder in the allotted time, and your membership has been validated and certified by us in our sole discretion, you will receive the Reward Ladder Prize (“Reward Ladder Prize” or “Prize”).
The current Reward Ladder Prize is SP 100,000.
Reward Ladder Levels
There are 5 “Levels” to the Reward Ladder that must be completed to achieve the Reward Ladder Prize.
Following the completion of each Level, we may offer you a Prize to stop playing (“Exit Prize”). You will have the opportunity to accept the offer and take the Exit Prize, or you can continue on to the next Level toward the Reward Ladder Prize. If we make you an offer for an Exit Prize (we are under no obligation to do so), you have 24 hours to accept the offer. If you do not respond by clicking the designated link, we will automatically move you to the next Level as if no offer had ever been made, and you will continue working toward the Reward Ladder Prize.
You must complete 5 levels of achievement to earn the Reward Ladder Prize.
Adding Rungs to your Ladder
The only guaranteed way to add Rungs to your Ladder is by recruiting your friends to become validated SuperPoints Members, and in some cases getting them to recruit their friends as Members too. You do this by logging into the Sites and using the invite tools or special referral links provided. You will only receive credit for people you recruit that become Members through your unique invite link (“Personal Link”).
You will not get credit for your referrals until they have completed all the required steps (“Requirements”): validating their email address, entering a valid postal address, and completing a search on LuckySearch. Requirements are subject to change from time to time and may be different for each Member. Requirements will always be noted on the Reward Ladder Home Page.
Each Level has different recruiting requirements to advance:

What this means is that to complete the first Level you have to get 5 friends to become validated Members in the time allotted. To complete Level 3, in addition to having 5 friends on your Reward Ladder (each one represented by a Rung), each of these friends have to recruit 5 more people to become validated Members.
In some cases we will offer you the opportunity to add a Rung to your Ladder without recruiting a friend by completing other actions or requirements (“Bonus Rungs”) such as completing an offer, taking a survey, or trying another part of the Site. In some cases, these Bonus Rung opportunities WILL NOT be free. We are under no obligation to offer Bonus Rungs, and you are under no obligation to complete Bonus Rung opportunities.
Bonus Rungs are only applicable in the Level in which they are achieved, (i.e. you will start each Level with no Bonus Rungs). Bonus Rungs are meant to help you get to the next Level.
Our tracking of offers, actions and payments, which shall be solely in our determination and final, shall determine the issuance of Bonus Rungs.
Invitations to Friends (aka new Recruits)
In order for you to be eligible for qualifying for Prizes based on your invitations, the friends invited to be SuperPoints Members (“Recruits”) must not currently be or within 60 days of your invitation have been a Member of a Site.
Do not send invitations to people you do not know. If we believe, in our sole discretion, that you are sending invitations to those you do not know (i.e., spam), then we will automatically terminate your Membership and you will forfeit any Rungs or Prizes or Points you may have earned.
Rung Allocation
Your Recruits can be seen on your Ladder next to the Rung they represent. When they have completed all the Requirements, the Rung will be completely filled. Once Members, your Recruits are allocated to Rungs by which ones get you the closest to completing your Ladder. If more Recruits have signed up than are required for your current Level, they will go into queue for your Ladder (“Ladder Queue”), and will be applied to subsequent Levels (until the timer expires) as you advance.
Reward Ladder Timer
You have a set amount of time to complete each Level. The current deadline to complete each Level is 7 days. Your timer starts running when you begin your participation in the Reward Ladder program. The timer will reset when you complete a Level, or when you achieve your Prize. If you do not complete a Level in the time allotted, the timer will expire and all your progress will be forfeited. If your timer expires, all your Recruits on your Ladder or in your Ladder Queue will be move to the expired state and cannot be used for your Reward Ladder again (so don’t let your timer expire!).
We are not responsible for any delays, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, including any delay in operation or transmission or communications line failure, which interfere with participation in the Reward Ladder program.
An unofficial timer is shown on the Reward Ladder Member Home Page for your convenience. However, the “official” time is on our server, and that timer is what we will use for determining qualifications.
We may choose to offer you the opportunity to extend your timer; however, we have no obligation to do so.
If the timer expires, you have to login to the Rewards Ladder Member Home Page and reset your timer.
You will only receive Rungs for Recruits who become validated Members while the timer is running. Anyone that becomes a Member using your Personal Link while the timer is not running will still be connected to you in the SuperPoints Network (which applies to the other Services), but they cannot be used toward your Reward Ladder.
Membership Validation
Membership validation is required for all Members (including for all Recruits) in order to complete a Ladder or receive a Prize. A person must complete the following steps to validate his or her membership:
Validate his or her email address by clicking on the appropriate link in the email that we sent.
Validate his or her physical address by entering a valid postal address (no P.O. Boxes are accepted). Limited to one Membership and address per household.
Complete his or her Profile. This includes uploading a current picture of the Member, and may also include personal information including (but not limited to) birth date, gender, race and/or marital status.
Complete one search on LuckySearch.
Membership Certification
Your Reward Ladder is subject to certification, will not be awarded until after the certification process is complete, and is void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Program Terms and through legitimate channels or (b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, tampered with or irregular in anyway. Points are subject to the Points Program Rules Section of the Terms of Service.
In some instances we will require you to certify your Membership by signing an affidavit or providing a copy of a valid government issued picture ID in order to receive your Prize.
Other Legal Stuff
We reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate this Reward Ladder program (including changing, adding, or removing the ways that users can earn Points) at any time, which notice may be provided through revisions posted on the SuperPoints web site. You should regularly check the SuperPoints website for updates, and your continued use of our service constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
